In order to provide you a pleasant experience, we have summurised a brief guide on using this website below. 

How to order

[Products Search]
Enter the keyword(s) in the search bar on the top left side for PCs and on the top right for smartphones, and the search result page will be displayed.

[Look for products]
Select your favorite product category or collection from the menu to display the target product.

Click the product image or product name to display the item detail page.

[Add product to cart]
On the item detail page, select the specifications and quantity of the product and click "Add to cart".

[Change the contents of the cart]
To change the quantity, use the up and down arrows under "Quantity" column and then click "Update Cart".

To remove an item from your cart, click "Delete" under the item name.

[Make a Purchase]
Having confirmed the contents of the cart again, click "Check Out".

On the next screen, enter your contact information and shipping address and click "Proceed to Shipping Options".

【Delivery Method】
Select a shipping method and click "Proceed to Payment".

[Payment Procedures]
Enter your payment method and billing address and click "Confirm Order".

[Order confirmation]
When payment is made and confirmed, we will send you an email confirming your order to the email address you have provided.

If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, we may be facing some issues confirming your order or the payment. We would like to apologize in advance for the inconvenience. Please contact us here for any inquiries. 

Please also note that, depending on your email settings, the confirmation email may be sorted into the junk mail folder. So please make sure to check the spam folder as well. (you may also add our email address to your contacts list: persiantag.shop@gmail.com)

In the case of bank transfer and convenience store payment, we will prepare your order once the payment has been confirmed.

Create and Delete Accounts

Once you have created an account, you will be able to see your order history and registered shipping address(es).

If you wish to delete your account, please let us know by sending us an email

We will make sure your account is deleted upon your request. 

Payment Methods

We accept credit cards and bank transfers. 

【credit card】
Accepted cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express (single payment)

Our website uses a security system called SSL.
All your credit card information is sent and transmitted encrypted.

Payment will be made when the order is confirmed at our shop.

Please note that the order date and payment date do not necessarily fall on the same day.

【Bank transfer】

In the case of payment by bank transfer, please transfer the amount including shipping fee to the following account within 5 days from the date of order.

Please note that the transfer fees and any other bank charges will be at your own expense.

[Convenience store payment (KOMOJU)] (For customers in Japan only) 

Corresponding stores: FamilyMart / Lawson / Ministop / Daily Yamazaki / Seicomart
Payment fee: 190 yen

In the case of convenience store payment, and once the order is confirmed, you will receive an email from KOMOJU (operated by DEGICA K.K.) containing your payment details. Please check the contents of the email and make the payment at the respective convenience stores. Please note that the payment deadline is 5 days after the date of order.

Depending on your email settings, the confirmation email may be sorted into the junk mail folder. So please make sure to check the spam folder as well. (you may also add KOMOJU's email address to your contacts list: no-reply@komoju.com)

[Pay Later (Paidy)]
・ We will issue an invoice on the 1st of the following month of the final billing amount closed at the end of each month, and inform you by e-mail / SMS by the 3rd day. 

・ Payment can be made at convenience stores (convenience store installation terminal) or by bank transfer. 

・ Payment due date is up to 10 days for convenience store payments and bank transfer. In the case of direct debit, money will be deducted on the 12th*. However, this may fall on the 20th* in January and May.

・ Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each billing month. Customers will have to bear a fee of 356 yen (tax included) for convenience store payments and transfer fee and charges for bank transfers. No fees will be charged for direct debit.

Shipping Time

Made-to-order products will be shipped in about 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the product.
Please check each product page for more details.

In-stock items will be shipped within 5 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping: 1000 JPY nationwide
Delivery method: Delivery
Tracking: Send by email

We offer Free Shipping for orders over 5,000 JPY. 
Items ordered with Free shipping service are normally shipped by Click Post.
If ,due to size*, the time cannot be sent by Click Post, it will be shipped by Yu-Pack (free shipping).
* Width 332 mm x Length 226 mm x Depth 24 mm or more

International Shipping

For overseas delivery, we offer the following option:

Shipping method: Airmail
Tracking: Possible in selected countries

Returns and Exchanges

[If the delivered product is defective]

In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with the delivered product, such as damage to the product or products wrongly delivered, please contact us here within 7 days of product arrival. We will check the contents and promptly arrange for reproduction or replacement and try to get back to you within 3 business days upon confirmation of the email.

[Customer convenience]

Please note that we cannot return or exchange products of different designs or types unless the products are defective.
